angst-free

I'm finally back to being a good girl...haha As if I've ever done anything that will constitute to being bad. I'm usually not reactive so I doubt I've ever said anything hurtful, although there may be times where I get shocked at what I say, the latter has a probability of 1/100 of happening. (Sorry for the figures, I'm reviewing counting principles now for GMAT. hehe)

Anyway, I've been so busy lately. First, there's work. Second, YAD activities (am organizing our Christmas party, together with Joy). Third, reviewing for the GMAT. Am usually mentally drained when I get to this, so I hardly get anything in my head. Fourth, holiday shopping. Bought some really great stuff already. hehe

subdued

That's pretty much how I feel right now. I was in the car with dad this morning and he was asking about this form I gave him for the bank, and I replied him with "You told me to sign it." He was like, "Why are you talking to me that way?" It's not that he has no right to be mad, but it wasn't like my tone was rude or anything...I was talking in the usual slow manner, and I wasn't really paying attention to him, coz I was wiping dirt away from my pants. He went on talking about how I'm mataray myself even when I tell him about people who are mataray. I'm usually quiet, and I hardly say anything, how can that be classified as mataray? Furthermore, there's hardly anything in this world I can vent my anger into, and I don't have anyone to talk to about my life...and I'm often misunderstood because of that. What a pathetic life I have! It totally sucks to be me. I'm not even allowed to be angry even in front of my family! Poor little me.

Btw, I don't like people repeating what they say to me (or ask me to do). Once is good, twice is more than enough. Go beyond that, I am so not doing what you tell me to do. haha

Computer bug

The computers here in the office have been getting all weird lately. First, the clocks on all the PC's were one hour late. Then, some PC's were real slow, or that they would freeze up, or some application would just close. In my case, my PC would restart on its own. That happened twice. And what happened last night was super annoying. I just finished the project I was doing, and my computer just restarted. And since I don't really bother saving what I do while I am doing it, the file wasn't saved and I had to redo the entire project when I got in this morning. Grrrr...I hate computer bugs. We scanned our PC's and we got rid of the virus that was causing this mayhem...hopefully, it won't come back.

And yes, I learned my lesson. It doesn't hurt to press CTRL+S once in a while.

However, we have a theory as to what put the virus onto our PC's. We all share files using a USB flash disk, and there's this one person in the office that views A LOT of inappropriate content and he was complaining that his PC had a virus a couple of weeks back, and since he uses the same flash disk we all use, the virus got transferred from one PC to the other. That's just sad, eh?

Whew!

We helped out at the Siddharta musical on Nov 3 and 4. Youth peeps were assigned to the ticketing booths, where we had to give the people temporary tickets the real CCP tickets. At times, it seemed like there was a war going on, and there were moments where we were just sitting and looking at the scene at the lobby. Took a couple of pics while traffic was slow too...*hint hint to Katz* hahaha I have a couple of pics in my cam too. Upload them later.

It was the youths' first time to handle ticketing...its' so different from ushering...coz people were like demanding good seats and seats that were together. The oddest question someone asked me was "Who is seated beside me?" I was dumbstruck. That question was just confusing...But yeah, he was literally asking WHO was going to sit beside him.

I loved the show! I really enjoyed the songs and the colors on the stage. The overall impact of the presentation was very good. The kid who played the narrator/Rahulla was real good too. I heard that he memorized his parts in just three days. That is really worth applauding.

We're going to have a meeting later and finish the ticket tally so we can actually count how many people went. Something like that...haha See y'all again later!

Shux! Xmas is around the corner. We have to plan a party! hahaha
